Hi @lwansbrough and @farmisen. Attempting to get RNC working on Android, and have made some progress. It's an amazing thing to see! However, any attempt to have <Camera> as anything other than the top level component fails. Even wrapping in what is effectively a "dummy" <View>. Is that expected, or should I be able to nest a Camera component as a child component, and size accordingly? Many thanks, James

No crashes, @rt2zz. With Camera as top level component, camera preview displays full screen. With Camera wrapped in a View, nothing. Placed Text elements before and after Camera, which render at the top and bottom of screen. So it looks like the Camera is getting the bulk of the real estate, just doesn't display anything.

@lwansbrough sorry I left a comment on a closed PR before I realized I could chat with you here; but anyhow, would you mind publishing an updated npm package; the package on npm is rather old
