    Hi Avi! Working on a property management and site proposal app. Currently depending on the Unity SDK, excited to switch to SceneKit. I updated to Xcode 10 & macOS Mojave to try out ARKit 2 just before noticing this new repo so unfortunately unable to build this awesome looking example project using Carthage until Brew is updated. Is there a Podfile workaround to building the example without Carthage? Thanks!

    Hi @camdeardorff - We're still working on the long-term direction for the SDK. Right now we are actively soliciting feedback from developers to help us decide on what features would be the most impactful

    @lewiswashere - Hey. You should be able to use CocoaPods too if you like. You'll need to create the Podfile, but you can use the instructions in the 'Installation' section on the SDK front page to see what dependency you'll need to add.
    You could also just create a new project, add the CocoaPods dependency, then copy over the Examples code into that new project
    Here is a Podfile that should work for the "MyAppTarget" in a new project:

    platform :ios, '11.4'
    use_frameworks!

    def shared_pods
    pod 'MapboxSceneKit', :git => 'https://github.com/mapbox/mapbox-scenekit.git'
    end

    target 'MyAppTarget' do
    shared_pods
    end

    i just went through the github sample - amazing stuff. will be incorporating it into an ios app i'm developing.
    i posted two issues in github - would love to get your thoughts on issues #10 & #11 (adding text label sprites and offline capability). happy to discuss and provide my scenario in a more confidential setting.

    @stevenyix when you're talking about offline capability what are you looking for? An API to download tiles ahead of time?

    @nitaliano yes, exactly. the app i'm creating would want to pre-cache this data and re-create the scenekit scene all locally. my app will be used in areas with poor or nonexistent data connectivity because it can be used in remote areas.

    Is there a way to get 3D buildings working with the SDK or will this be implemented later on in development?

    we're not parsing our vector tiles currently with the SDK, this is something that can/will come later down the road once we start adding these parsers and supporting our styleURLs

    Hi @JeremyRaven - Right now there isn't any formal documentation except what's in the SDK and code samples. We're working on more example projects and will formalize documentation as we nail things down a bit more. Is there something I can help out with?
