How are you finding it? I've been playing with Meteor

Absolutely love it so far I haven't done any real time though
I can develop incredibly fast with it because everything automatically regenerates itself and restarts itself
How are you liking meteor so far I'm starting to see it more and more in various discussion areas

Really liking it so far, but client+server kinda limits it too

I don't think sailsjs holds a candle to angular fullstack

I have a client application that's almost complete I'll send you some screenshots of what's happening in it but it's made it easy to build this thing

But that's part of the advantage of meteor does angular have any findings to make sense to meteors back and
This one kind of put my other project on hold for a moment but I'll be able to create a series on this hopefully in the future depending if it's for the money or not

Meteor does thing very differently, but results in far less code

Nov 05 2014 01:23
Do you think even less than a FS?
Because I haven't had the right very much server and at all really I already know that it's less than laravel for sure

For sure. It's reactive in that the view is always in sync with the data

Interesting
Not going to lie though
my afs app is insanely fast due to being entirely in angular and that mongodb
way faster locally than laravel ever was

Can you share the project or is it client work?
Michael J. Calkins
@michaeljcalkins
Nov 05 2014 01:35
Is client work but I'll have some in the future that I can share. I'll probably make a series on this unless this opportunity turns out to be more money than creating tutorials.
I want to get out of my hourly job

Ah, what do you work at?
Michael J. Calkins
@michaeljcalkins
Nov 05 2014 01:36
Honestly I've touched nodeJS like five times and everything else is been angular
I’ve taken them from php 5.3 to php 5.5
redesigned the site
and am preparing it for a responsive site css over haul
they love me but it’s a lot of energy for an hourly job
Are you freelance?
