hi, when I was trying to install gnupg (after installing cygwin), this error popped up:

msys2-packagesrepo either in the Git for Windows org. or under Alexpux.

wget, can get around this, and they don't save. The sole exception is IE11, which saves everything as 0-byte temp files.
wsltty(I tried with twemoji), even after batch-renaming all files and similar efforts. Please consider inheriting the native Windows 10 emoji pack (my preferred) in addition to offering this if at all possible...
