Hello!

We are a Digital Services organization in Colombia and are building a network to assist with the high cost of moving money from the U.S. to Latin America.

Our team has discovered Mojaloop and after reviewing Github, we are considering implementing it within our solution.

We are looking for guidance and would love to connect with the Level One Project to create a case study in Colombia.

Please reach me at mathew@digi.coffee

Thanks!

@kjw000
Hi @yzaki16 you should be using the Mojaloop project at: http://github.com/mojaloop to install and get the Mojaloop services running. Once that is done you can connect to the <dfsp1_url>:8019 and <dfsp2_url>:8019 to access the USSD phone interface. Please let us know if you still have issues.

@kjw000 thanks kimberly.. I setup it up as u said... but I want to explore further... and want to acesss http://dfsp1:8020/#/login url its asking for username and password.. which I dont know.. can you give some words on it.
Kimberly Walters
@kjw000
8020 is the bulk payment interface. Are you trying to push bulk payments?
I would just use 8019 which does not require a password.
http://dfsp1:8019/ is to test payer to payee.

@brago

@kjw000
@vishu099 - Note that this service will be installed on a DFSP location and they will have a currency code and balance for each user. Here is the link to the details on the dfs-api for getting the currency code and
https://github.com/mojaloop/dfsp-api . For transfer you can use dfsp-transfer. For FSP to FSP you will use the Mojaloop APIs. These are detailed here: https://github.com/mojaloop/mojaloop-specification
If you have still having issues please join our developers discussion in slack. https://mojaloop-slack.herokuapp.com/

@kjw000 Thank you for your quick response . I am using /wallet API to make user account in DFSP and I want user with balance 0 and currency with USD but when I call the api for making user with wallet it default it will take 10000 balance and currency TSZ. Can you please help me out with this How to make user account (End User in DFSP) with mojaloop
Bill Hodghead
@bhcrosslake
@vishu099 I think the DFSP code is always set to create new accounts with 10000 TSZ. The DFSP code is meant to show how an existing financial provider could integrate with Mojaloop, but it is not a full system or meant to replace a real provider.
Vishal Shah
@vishu099
Ok Thank you for reply @bhcrosslake. To just clarify my knowledge what I understand is real provider which I am using I need to connect as DFSP in mojaloop please correct me If I am wrong. Should I need to build any wrapper or need to code in mojaloop base make real system?
Bill Hodghead
@bhcrosslake
@vishu099 if you want to connect a real provider to Mojaloop, you would implement the Mojaloop API which can be done with a wrapper or adapter. We have host our client-side API in Mule to make connecting to existing systems. If you want to go further into details of working with the API, I recommend joining the Slack channel as Kim mentions above. There you can talk to developers who are working on the API and connecting it to existing systems.

Glenn
@GlennChon
what determines a cost of a transaction in the quote route phase?
Kimberly Walters
@kjw000
@GlennChon - Have you reviewed the Mojaloop API at https://github.com/mojaloop/mojaloop-specification
The API is used to support the movement of financial transactions between one Financial Services Provider (FSP) and another. So this is where the cost of a transaction would be included.
