We could
the collisions generate a minimum translation vector
but that vector is sometimes reversed
just have to do the math to pick the right way lol

so right now
it's actually a bit weird imo
but
bullet.collision() has self and collider
if the ship is the same thing as the thing that shot the bullet
it just returns false to say the collision was handled basically
otherwise it returns true to continue the chain
World.update actually removes it
You will probably want to despawn the bullet in both places
since one is it just timed out
and the other is it hit a ship

it was being dumb in local space, so I just did the calculations for the position in global and transformed it
it -should- work
