@githubcdr
@jkandasa is there any news on a new release?
Jeeva Kandasamy
@jkandasa
@githubcdr sorry for the long release delay. Just now, I did release 1.0.0.Final https://github.com/mycontroller-org/mycontroller/releases/tag/0.0.1.Final but yet update release notes and documents. Thank you for your patience.

@jkandasa
@githubcdr Can you move docker image under mycontroller-org project?
@githubcdr if you are ok to move, your version of docker under mycontroller-org, create a PR on https://github.com/mycontroller-org/docker-mycontroller

Hello All... Im new to IoT and just installed MyController. I have prepared a MySensors Serial Gateway, but I am not sure I am doing the right thing. So can someone point me in the right direction - I need a clear beginers procedure.

hi all. where can I find information about a REST API for controlling my elements set in mycontroller.org? Is there one ?

@AlphaSierraHotel
@jkandasa I'm trying to integrate the MySensors Log Parser as a custom widget on my dashboard. When I include the 2 scripts it needs as additional headers, it breaks the filtering capabilities on the resource logs page - probably other places too. The console shows angular.js:12416 TypeError: _.remove is not a function. Do you happen to know of any conflict between Angular.js and Vue.js? The 2 scripts by the way, are: https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/vue/2.1.10/vue.min.js and https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/ajax/libs/underscore.js/1.8.3/underscore-min.js.

@AlphaSierraHotel I do know these conflicts. Can you share your script and dashboard widget?
Allen Hubble
@AlphaSierraHotel
@jkandasa My custom widget relies on the two scripts mentioned above in the HTML Additional Headers section and consists of just an HTML template (that has javascript in it). You can see it's contents in this Gist.

@AlphaSierraHotel I tested in demo server as well as in my production server. I do not face any issue. All works well.
Can you check it on demo server?
Can you do "Empty Cache and Hard reload"? As shown here: https://forum.mycontroller.org/topic/47/gui-caching-issue-problem

@jkandasa The widget works but the added script headers break the Resource Log filtering. The demo server has no resource logs to test with but my own controller (Version 1.4.0.Final) does and it's on the /status/resourceslogs/ page that I get the error in the javascript console. I'll provide a screen shot showing a filter applied but all data still showing.

To be clear, it's not a big deal and not a bug in MyController as it seems to be caused by the particular scripts that I'm adding to the headers so I didn't open an issue. I can work around it by disabling the additional headers when I need/want to filter resource log messages. I expect it's something that can NOT be and/or doesn't need to be resolved. Thanks for all you efforts.

@AlphaSierraHotel My bad I didn't read your request fully. Let me check this one. Thanks for the detailed information
