If you're looking to share workflows with files that are too large to check into version control, I've found IPFS quite helpful:
nextflow run /ipfs/QmdDQA1orCrJHT4DuW4z8UsxXj1yPHcAjRdSLUtp6aeawj

The SLURM system that I'm using requires that scripts submitted by sbatch are executed by login shells with a hashbang like:
#!/bin/bash  --login
Is there any way to adjust the hashbang line of .command.run ?

@robsyme The should be a couple of ways to do that
The first, you could simply start your scripts with that hashbang
otherwise you should be able to define in the nextflow.config file this setting:
process.shell = ['/bin/bash', '--login']
