@pditommaso if we are using a scheduler, is the log file ".command.log" inside each process folder created by scheduler or by nf?

@wuyilei the .command.log file is created by the batch scheduler
you can see that on top of the .command.run script
(actually it could be related to the tee issue you were reporting yesterday)

I have a strange bug when executing or downloading Nextflow:
[efloden@fiji bin]$ ./nextflow 
CAPSULE EXCEPTION: For input string: "8881/" while processing attribute Allow-Snapshots: false (for stack trace, run with -Dcapsule.log=verbose)

check for a proxy variable in your environment and remove the ending /
