Am I right in thinking that publishDir "/foo/output" is disabled when running scripts pulled directly down from Github/BitBucket?

@robsyme No, it should work in the same way.

Hi @pditommaso! Is there a way to resume a pipeline from a given process?

Don't you think it would be nice to have this feature?

@robsyme You are welcome. BTW I will surely steal your idea showing how nxf manages files for some presentation. Very nice indeed!

Thanks :) I've been wanting an excuse to make a really slick NF presentation for /ages/. I'm just glad I've finally got around to doing it. Happy to share the (really very, very hacky) HTML if it's helpful.

Great. If you can share it, it's very welcome
Works on chrome... and that's about it.
Note: there are some mistakes (the mock terminal reports 'Pulling nextflow-io/hello' from a local workflow) which need to be fixed up for next time. The audience were new to NF, so nobody noticed.

That's great. How have you made it? asciicinema?
Robert Syme
@robsyme
Apr 20 2016 10:19
No, but I'll probably use asciinema next time. I wanted to highlight certain lines with custom styling, so I made a really bad polymer component (that uses typed.js underneath) to do the mock-terminal effect.
I just fixed up the 'Pulling from nextflow-io/hello' bits (same link).

I'll be slowly adding bits to go through (what I think are the best) nf features before uploading a video to youtube. Would love comments before I post it to youtube at some future time.
... I should put the code on github.

:+1:
it only works if it's published with a web server, right?

Yup, that's right
Something like python -m SimpleHTTPServer 8000 should work.

Hi Paolo, I am stack again :worried:
I generate using groupBy a structure like the following one
[keyA: [[file_contentA1, valA1], [file_contentA2, valA2] ...], keyB: [[file_contentB1, valB1], [file_contentB2, valB2] ...]
I would like for each key to concatenate the content of all the files of this key
for example for keyA I would like to concatenate file_contentA and file_contentA2
but I don't manage to get it
Could you help me?
