@pditommaso what's the meaning of the numbers on the x-axis in the timeline report?

@pditommaso strange. I have a timeline where the "Elapsed time: 12m 35s" and the x-axis goes above 30
How is that possible?

the idea was to have dynamic scale (sec, mins, days) depending the range
not sure, but it could be the minutes in the hour

So far it's very nice. Simplifies the deployment/dev/production of pipelines and dependencies. So far it doesn't impact the network too much. I'm pushing this in production and in academia. You'll get new citation this year :)

hi! Is there a way to use the -with-dag option without running my whole pipeline? It needs to be used with a run call, but I'd like to see the generated DAG without running the whole pipeline, which is a couple hours long.

Unfortunately no.
if you have run it already, you can re-execute with -resume option which will skip all the task execution
alternatively, you isolate a sample of your dataset that would allow you to execute in shorter time

@fmorency @pditommaso I'm also interested in switching over to Singularity at some point. Also hoping to publish something at some point this year, time permitting.
