Is there anyway to have a process always run after all other processes have run (some of which might have failed)?
some sort of exit-handler.

Hi @pditommaso - @Galithil is curious as to how Nextflow handles AWS SSH integration? Is there an AWS API that it uses or something?

If a when block fails, all process execution is halted?

fails, means that there's a syntax error, thus it stops
