Hi, all! I have a quick question: when I configure docker.temp='auto', where is this temporary folder created? In the work folder or in /tmp? Is there any way to automatically create this temporary folder inside the work folder?
the reason i'm asking is that our pipeline sometimes sorts gigantic files, which can't be stored inside /tmp. The work folder, though, points to a separate storage, which can hold such files. Right now, I manually create a temporary folder in the process folder, use it for sorting and delete it upon exit. I was wondering is this could be done automatically with some option?..
Thank you!

To rephrase the question, how can I point docker.temp to the base folder of the nextflow project or to the work dir?
