    @bjornharvold
    One sec
    Yes, same problem
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    sigh
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    I'm using Typescript 2.0.3 btw
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    as am I.
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    Strangest bug I have ever encountered.....
    Maybe it's because we are in different timezones :-p
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    I know what you mean! It's because there's a lot of bleeding edge stuff (angular2 itself, typescript compiler, ng2-meta)
    haha
    But hey, if you're willing to try some things, I think we can get to the bottom of this.
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    Of course. Let me know what you want me to do
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    If your typings.json mentions es6-promise, please remove it there, as well as in index.d.ts
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    There is no typings.json in my project
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    oh, wait, I don't think you have a typings.json, do you?
    :)
    yeah, nevermind that, then.
    3) Can you delete the core-js line from package.json, delete your node_modules and run npm install?
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    alright
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    same error even with core-js gone
    Btw I am on Mac OS X Sierra if that matters
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    thanks, but I don't think it's OS-specific.
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    I keep on going back to your branch and it installs perfectly every time
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    really strange.
    Perhaps you could get ng2-meta not from npm but straight from the github repo?
    npm install --save vinaygopinath/ng2-meta
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    alright
    Worked like a charm
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    oh wow :)
    so, somehow npm is messing up with the package?
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    Guessing so. Wonder what kind of other metadata they're adding to make this go screwey
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    I think I'll post this alternate install as a workaround for now, and look into this issue when I have the time for it
    Thank you so much for trying out these commands and fixes
    Bjorn Harvold
    @bjornharvold
    No worries. Good work on this. Very helpful
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    glad to hear it
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath

    Hey @kodeine, can you please run

    npm uninstall --save ng2-meta

    Delete your node_modules folder (rm -rf node_modules on mac/linux) and try installing ng2-meta from the github repo using

    npm install --save vinaygopinath/ng2-meta

    and let me know if that fixes the errors?

    Kodeine
    @kodeine
    alright i'll try this in a bit
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    @kodeine Thanks. You might need to run npm install to install all the dependencies listed in your package.json after you delete node_modules.
    Kodeine
    @kodeine
    @vinaygopinath same thing, i deleted from node_modules and tried installing from github
    same problem
    Kodeine
    @kodeine
    okay so i deleted the node_modules and installed it worked!
    now i am getting Uncaught Error: Can't resolve all parameters for MetaService: (Router, ?, Title, ActivatedRoute, ?).

    @talmr-k
    hello. silly question here but does this library require the app to be a universal app?
    without server side rendering, will this still work? sorry i'm just a bit confused
    Vinay Gopinath
    @vinaygopinath
    Hey @ScaryWolfMan, ng2-meta doesn't require that apps be universal apps. In fact, ng2-meta currently does not support server-side rendering.
    It works well with Google, and you can define fallback meta tags for social media. Check out the fallback meta section of the README.

    @talmr-k
    thanks. kind of new to this stuff. so if I need tags per page, how can I do that correctly? because if my site is not using SSR, then the page will load and then the application will load, so the meta tags for pages will be set after application load since I'm not using universal
    pankaj-cashify
    @pankaj-cashify
    hi guys,
    i have used ng2-meta but when running application, it says http://localhost:3000/node_modules/ng2-meta/ 404 (Not Found) zone.js@0.7.2?main=browser:1561
