Im learning everyday,but why instead of using the word function() you didnt use =>

        let t: string = 'test';
        t.toString = ()=> {
            return 'complete';
        }

in my experience you lose binding to the word this if you use it inside your function if you don't use =>

@crh225 those two lines can build filteredList, which displays on dropdown.
