@sulkaharo may have portrayed quite a polished picture of healthcare in Finland. Some places are good, but it varies a lot. In some places you can't get a pump even if you want, and actually only really few places give you the CGM and supplies.

Ah yes, varies based on where you live and how one knows to demand for things. Patients who are content with small amount of strips and injections probably won't be offered more.

You're right this is right in the computing war as he's meant. "Anytime someone puts a lock on something you own, against your wishes, and doesn't give you the key, they're not doing it for your benefit." Talk about the Medtronic RF api...

Btw, we just started a dev Google group for OPenAPS devs and interested independent researchers: https://groups.google.com/d/forum/openaps-dev Have half a dozen or so new devs who've reached out over last day or so, too :) to get involved and will be adding them as well
