So Dexcom G5 was FDA approved....
I wonder how that's going to affect OpenAPS

Look at that! Well I think it's time to drop this minimed sensor.

@bewest you were saying the dex receiver BLE protocol has been documented, right?
I'm using a minimed CGM and it's not great.

Yeah it definitely does suck and taping technique affects accuracy.
I'm at the dentist. They will comment on how dry my mouth is. Sexy. Damn autoimmune autonomic ganglionopathy. I guess that's another way it differs from diabetes related autonomic neuropathy. My neighbor is also my dentist which is kind of crazy but she's cool.
Eyes (pupils being huge and needing bifocals due to poor accommodative reflexes) and dry mucous membranes are really the only ways it differs from diabetes related autonomic neuropathy. Lucky me.
Yeah so like I was about to order a G4 so I am glad I didn't

Question that I believe has already been answered here: what is the preferred AAA battery for MM longevity? I'm having fun watching my generics drop a bar each day :-)

So you pulled out of stocks and into commodities then?
So it looks like the xdrip app can read from the share receiver but I'll need to look through to confirm when I'm off my phone. cc @StephenBlackWasAlreadyTaken

At the gym. Resting heart rate is 121 and goes up to around 150 or so when standing up so aquatic exercise is all I am going to be able to tolerate. I never really recovered from the flare last week or so when I was almost passing out from low blood pressure. Autonomic problems/dysautonomia is hard to manage. If I'm up to it later may install openaps-js. It's not hard but I need to get over the inertia aka me and just do it.
At least with diabetes things are much more measurable
