Hey all, I am noticing a trend lately of an extended zero temp after bolus which is making me high. The calculation of the loop is correct, so logically it makes sense, but the pattern is still that it shoots me high about 1-2 hours after bolus. I am using FIASP now and autotune thinks all my rates and ratios are correct. Any ideas?

Also, I have been bottoming out after the highs.. so that is confusing

Scroll back and capture the purple line prediction from when it first started zero temping.
You'll see the prediction drops low and doesn't get back up to target. You might need to adjust your ratios to fix those predictions.

I am trying to set up OpenAPS with my Accu-Chek Aviva Combo pump. Therefore I want to use this app: https://github.com/monkey-r/ruffy . First I installed LineageOS 14.1 on my Moto G4 Play. I tried to install the Ruffy app in both ways; through Android Studio on my Macbook, and through AIDE on my phone. The app seems to be installed, but everytime I start it it crashes immediately. Does anyone have an idea how I can fix this?

@emielmiddel use develop branch
it should be fixed there

@emielmiddel I’m at roughly the same stage, though different phone. On develop, and with a couple of retries, ruffy paired and I could control a pump through its interface.

@wouterla @savek-cc thanks, this worked! One step further :)

@emielmiddel It’s certainly a lot fastere in controlling the pump than the remote ever was...

@Kdisimone Did you run your 712 with 0ref1 or 0ref0?

@darrylschick If you want to start over from the top, you could delete the myopenaps directory with "rm -rf myopenaps" from the parent directory.

has everybody switched to heroku instead of azure? I mean is azure no longer supported? I'm not getting temp basals diagramed.

It's been recommended to use heroku for more than a year
You can use azure, but there aren't a lot of folks who can help troubleshoot specifics
Check for future data in NS

Azure is supported but you get what you pay for; the free Azure tier doesn’t have too much processing power so it struggles to handle the data volume from looping
Latest dev might work better with Azure. Note the needed Node version setting in the dev branch docs

@Aaybob I used to use Azure with the early versions of Nightscout. Heroku is a simple, clean, easy to use interface. The initial setup also seemed to be quicker. I recommend switching to Heroku!

Hi everybody. I'm in the last stages (I think) of bringing up my Edison rig. It pairs on BT with my phone just fine, but doesn't do it automatically. Has anyone else had this problem?
BT and the power light are the two problems I'm attacking today.
I'm using an iPhone and following the instructions on bluetooth-tethering-edison.html.

Argh. I rebooted to see whether that would help, and now wlan0 won't come up.

Okay, if I follow the instructions for bluetooth pairing on an iPhone, I have to reenable the ports after running the iwconfig test at the end of BT configuration.

@Aaybob There's a GitHub project to allow the Azure/Heroku version of Nightscout to work on a home installation of Windows, but you'll need to know how to do some modifications to your firewall.

Hi all, I think that the rig has been way too aggressive with the smb. Is there a way to not turn it off, but to limit how much it can give me, other than reducing maxiob?
