@scottleibrand
How are you?
Sorry, I'm still bothering you but check what you told me the other day and I went back to do the whole loop again
But the problem continues.
What else can I verify?
Thank you

Did you run any of the commands manually?

No, what command could I execute?

One of the ones that is giving you an AssertionError. Probably:

openaps report invoke settings/model.json settings/bg_targets_raw.json settings/bg_targets.json settings/insulin_sensitivities_raw.json settings/insulin_sensitivities.json settings/basal_profile.json settings/settings.json settings/carb_ratios.json

Excuse my ignorance but how do I get these reports?
Because I put
openaps report invoke settings / model.json
and it gives me the following: Not an openaps environment, run: openaps init
and when I put it, it says the following: root @ myopenaps: ~ # openaps init
Traceback (most recent call last):

you need to cd ~/myopenaps before running any openaps commands

Has anybody here successfully gotten their rig to bt tether with two different phones? If so, would you be willing to help me troubleshoot my setup?
Scott Leibrand
@scottleibrand

Yes, you just need to pair them both, test that each one works with bt-client connect, and once you confirm they both work, update your crontab to list both MACs, separated by a space.

@scottleibrand How are you? Check out the reports as you indicated me and I
found that the settings report / bg_targets.json
says AssertionError at the end.
I copy the text so you can see if the error can be there and how it would be solved.
Thank you

@HebertPin do you have targets set in your pump? In bolus wizard settings?

@danamlewis @scottleibrand Hello everyone! I have a quick question... I just upgraded my iphone to an iphone 8 added my MAC address to my rig, re-ran Bluetooth set up and I can't get my rig to work outside of wifi. Has anyone else had any troubles with Iphone 8s?

Hello all, I have been successfully looping for over a month. However my rig as stopped working it is getting so hot it has burnt my fingers a few times! It doesn't seem to charge battery either. Is this a fault with the explorer board?

I have just had someone respond to me on FB that they cannot get tethered to the iPhone X either. Is this a known issues?

@connormilton Your battery may be (a) damaged and (b) a fire hazard
@connormilton Immediately move that battery to a place where it would not be dangerous if it suddenly caught fire
@connormilton Outside, on pavement with lots of clearance is good. Preferably not somewhere where it's at risk of getting driven over.
@connormilton After you've taken care of the immediate safety hazard, can figure out which parts still work and try to get back online.

Hi James, I cant see any damage on the battery. Going to stick it in my lipo fire proof bag for now. (I have for drone batteries) However the board heats up when plugged in via USB. I think its a fault with the board.

Sounds like you're very well prepared. Do you happen to have a USB ampmeter?
James Babcock

If you have a USB ampmeter, you can see if it's drawing more than it's supposed to. If there's any visible moisture or sediment, that could be a short. Other than that, it's probably just a fried board and not likely to be repairable.

Hi James, No I don't have a USB ampmeter. I have parts for a PI rig so I might start building that. Also bought another explorer board should be here in a week or so. I'm wondering if I plugged it into my fast charger, that could of been what fried it.
