Yeah, looks like it into failed on setting a temp.
You can temporarily make it loopable by activating PC Connect.

Is there a preferred way to force a carb ratio to not be changed by autotune?

@scottleibrand Thanks! Is the temporary looping the same as the 'read only' option the OpenAPS documentation's Compatible Pump list 'no, but' section in the info graphic? https://openaps.readthedocs.io/en/latest/docs/Gear%20Up/pump.html

I guess with that, what exactly are the "open loop suggestions" mentioned for 723 pumps that are not the right firmware?

The best way to do completely open loop with oref0 is to use AndroidAPS. I don’t know if anyone has built anything to proactively send you open loop suggestions from OpenAPS, so you’d probably have to periodically check logs or the OpenAPS pill.

I just want to formally state that AUTOTUNE IS AMAZING!

I'm actually having an issue with autotune :eyes:
Last Thursday, it stopped working for no apparent reason. I haven't changed anything in my setup
profile.json became {"error": "Could not parse input data"}
I just manually ran autotune and it seems to be working fine, so I'm not sure what the deal is

I am also working on running an open loop with OpenAPS. Since I haven’t found a compatible pump for closed looping yet I haven’t ordered a HAT since I don’t know if I’ll find a pump made for the European or American market (radio frequency differences). Can I run the installation scripts without having a HAT?

I think so

@benfiscal Check out AndroidAPS if you'd like to open loop. It runs on an android phone so no need to carry anything else, runs OpenAPS algorithms (oref0, oref1) and supports many different pumps as an open loop target (and will tell your tbr's based on the target pump)

@benfiscal the HAT itself is agnostic as to frequency. You just need a different $5 antenna to get optimal range if you end up with a different frequency.
@cascer1 what is in /root/myopenaps/autotune/profile.json?

@scottleibrand ok! Thank you! As per running an open loop, I saw that you wrote an old guide on this using shell script and Pushbullet. I cannot find this page in the latest version at openaps.readthedocs.io. Is it depreciated?

If it’s corrupted you might be able to just delete/rename it.
@benfiscal I don’t even remember that, so not sure if it would still work.

@scottleibrand /root/myopenaps/autotune/profile.json contained only {"error": "Could not parse input data"}. However, I just manually ran autotune which worked fine. I copied the resulting profile over to /root/myopenaps/autotune/profile.json

So you’d need to look at how that profile.json is normally generated, and what inputs that takes, to figure out which of them has bad data.

I dont know if this is the right forum but i will give it a shot. I want to set up a local offline host of nightscout based on @SandraK82 Repo. I already did it on a RPI 3. I was wondering if i could install it on different Inux platforms such as http://wiki.friendlyarm.com/wiki/index.php/NanoPC-T4 or http://nanopi.io/nanopi2-fire.html. I know it works on Raspian but i dont know if it will be a problem on Debia or Ubuntu, i dont know what the compatability limitations are between linux operating systems.

Having problems with rig not getting bg between 12:57 AM and around 4:30 AM for almost two weeks. (So no autotune adjustments). I thought it might be the code line to reset wifi every 2 or 5 minutes, so I commented out that line. However it is still not getting BG between those times. Here is the latest papertrail log.
