Hi !!! @scottleibrand I have to do again all the steps to set up my Edison...I don't understand the instruction saying that I have to choose my hostname with the line : 'ssh root@what-you-named-it.local' (with the name I choose to replace 'what-you-named-it')..My putty says : name or service not known ..what should I do here please ? (I entered my wifi name and password successfully right before)..thank you ;-)
Scott Leibrand
@scottleibrand
Mar 16 00:12
what hostname did you give your rig?
elodaille01
@elodaille01
Mar 16 00:12
OpenAPSLucile
Scott Leibrand
@scottleibrand
Mar 16 00:12
then ssh root@OpenAPSLucile.local
elodaille01
@elodaille01
Mar 16 00:13
yes..but..it gave me the result : name or service not known
Scott Leibrand
@scottleibrand
Mar 16 00:13
if that doesn't work, make sure that your computer has iTunes installed, so it can resolve .local hostnames
or if you'd rather not install that, you'll need to ssh by IP address instead
if you have iTunes and still can't connect, there's a docs page about figuring out the IP address of the rig
elodaille01
@elodaille01
Mar 16 00:14
ok could you please tell me again how I can obtain the rig IP address ?
ok sorry I didn't see the end of your message
elodaille01
@elodaille01
Mar 16 00:16
TY ;-) :-)
is there a specific/better place to install iTunes on my computer, please ?
Scott Leibrand
@scottleibrand
Mar 16 00:22
no, just the default install should be fine
elodaille01
@elodaille01
Mar 16 00:23
ok, Thank you Scott

If you mean about the location that installer asks you then the default should work well enough

Can anyone tell me what would cause bluetooth tethering to work, but to start automatically?
The troubleshooting in the docs deals with the rig not being able to connect to the internet through bluetooth, but mine appears to be able to. The trouble is that I have to run sudo bt-pan and so on every single time, which kind of defeats the point...

sorry..but I dont understand @scottleibrand I am still stuck just after the Bootstrap script..I entered the wifi and password name when it is asked to me 'network name ?' 'password name ?'..then I try the ssh command (ssh root@OpenAPSLucile.local) into the line I obtain by running that script (Wifi SSID: root@jubilinux:~#), and it still gives me ssh: Could not resolve hostname openapslucile.local: Name or service not known
When I try to search the IP address, I have nothing correct in the line 'Inet Address' (in ifconfig) : wlan0 Link encap:Ethernet HWaddr 90:b6:86:0a:70:b3

Sorry if this is off topic but... I put a new sensor in this morning and all day it has been giving a flat line from wherever the last calibration was. The transmitter battery status is 257V and 218V respectively with a resistance on 3049.

Any ideas if it is a sensor or transmitter issue?

Hello All! Going to try to test out a feature branch install for PR#1139. Is it enough to just target the feature branch in the oref0 repository, or do I need so somehow specify @sulkaharo 's branch? If the latter, how do I do that?

Hi to the group !

Since yesterday, my sister have the Medtronic 712 and her RPi0 + Explorer HAT. The system runs very good. But this evening, she sent me a photo from her display. She change the Accu and after this, the display shows the following:

Have anyone an idea ?
