On the startpage of notepad-plus-plus.org the image show a way of floding blocks by bracket (https://notepad-plus-plus.org/assets/images/notepad4ever.gif). How do I activate this feature?
*folding - I guess this is called folding.
@mho-de I should have added "that folds with square and wavy brackets". C comes to mind for the wavy brackets (braces).
I have another question. By pressing Ctrl+B the cursor jumps from one brace to the corresponding one. I tried to select that text by simultaneously holding down shift (Ctrl+Shift+B) but STX (a special character?) has been printed instead. Is there a way to select all text that is embraced by a pair of braces?
@sasumner Well i tried to apply the plugin directly to the files after i didn't find it in this new plugin manager. It didn't help so I tried with different versions and the first that worked was notepad 7 with old plugin manager. I think that it is not coherent with newest versions but i still have hope that somebody uses it and knows how to fix it

@obipeter8Ho Yes, but you should copy and paste my expression exactly. The expression packs a lot of power but it is basically saying look for complete lines with any characters occurring before the text
gmail.com and any characters occuring after until the end of the line...this becomes the match. Once you match it, the WHOLE line, you can replace it with nothing to effectively delete the line...that's what I meant by somewhat-obviously

since its a long list of about 500k, i want to copy from line 1 to like 50,000. any easy way to do this..
The lines are really long and this is making work difficult. The search in files setting is great though.
