    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    yeah - also note that your PR did actually pass for scala 2.10
    it only failed for scala 2.11
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    right
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    so, thats a marked improvement from where we were :D
    haha
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    well they both passed for a while, then i rebased again and it failed. i'm guessing it's nondeterministic
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    in the case of 137 exit code, yeah, not a lot we can do about that on the shared oss infrastructure
    other than re-run it
    running out of system resources would be non-deterministic
    naturally
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    seems like it would be equally likely to fail in 2.10
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    however
    with the way that crossVersions is setup
    i think you’re doing both 2.10 and 2.11 in each version
    that job i restarted was the 2.11 job
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    right
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    but its downloading 2.10 dependencies
    which seems… pointless
    we should fix that :-D
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    hm that's all just for sbt itself
    at least up at the top .. but yeah now i see scalaz_stream etc
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    hmm
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    yeha
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    ohhh you're running a custom script
    let's see
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    well, i dont think thats the problem per say
    rather
    sbt ++$TRAVIS_SCALA_VERSION +test
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    well
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    i think we just want
    sbt ++$TRAVIS_SCALA_VERSION test
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    yeah test, not +test
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    right
    alright, can you just add that into the PR?
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    yeah
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    i’ll cancel the build thats running right now
    nice
    its running again - lets check the output
    ok looks better
    in a sick kind of way i really love all this stuff
    its like balancing plates on your head whilst doing cartwheels
    Rob Norris
    @tpolecat
    It always strikes me as remarkably difficult to set things up.
    Every single project has to go through this nonsense.
    Not exactly the same nonsense, but there's some overlap.
    Timothy Perrett
    @timperrett
    there’s a lot of overlap
    internally we normalise all this stuff
