any advise for converting Time strings (standard ruby format) back to Time values? I get method missing error on TIme.parse

well I definitely think I have time, as I can do a Time.now
but I can't do a parse
throws method missing

Time is part of the core lib, but in MRI you have to require either 'time' or 'date' to have those additional features
