you mean in #301? don't think you need cython as the cglpk.pyx file already gets cythonized when making the distribution so the distributed cglpk.c file can be compiled directly..

Yes that one. Ah ok didn't know about that. But cython usually also calls the compiler, no? Conda without cython doesn't even have GCC I think....

you need cython to turn the pyx file to c code, then I think setup.py will sort out making that a shared object, on my mac using clang

The first version of flux sampling is working for now. Benchmarks in #295. Still missing some smaller stuff, however I will probably wait for the optlang integration since warmup generation depends on the solver interface...
