Has anyone ever worked with OpenSeadragon.MouseTracker ? Specifically if there is any experience out there with the scrollHandler. I'm trying to implement the mouse wheel to scroll when in the viewer. Any examples would be helpful.

@susanmonnelly Do you just want the page to scroll naturally? Or are you wanting the contents of the viewport to scroll as they would if they were a normal page?

Well, it'll work, it just won't feel the same as regular scrolling
(at least in my experience)

what does it 'feel' like?
maybe not easy to explain :)

Regular scrolling isn't linear... going faster also means going further (or something like that)
...and different browsers and operating systems are different, and it depends on the settings you have in your OS

Whereas if you just grab the data from the scrollHandler and use that to pan, it'll be linear, which will likely feel a little slower
...and you could compensate so that it works right on your computer, but then maybe it won't be right on someone else's computer
at least that's my understanding from last time I looked into it
