What are those code snippets supposed to show?
I really don't think you should be calling DisplayDevice.ChangeResolution -- what does that even do?

If you don't know any library ( my own is very ckose to very old pdf and I have replaced MathHelper.cs to Scalar.cs Becasue I understand better because very old version of OpenTK
both links for 3D and 2D screens. I know that. But I have still problem reposition of window and fullscreen with resizing rectangle

Now I fixed Window location and -w and -h if I pass parameters it is clean correctly yay but i missed resizing rectangle into fullscreen

@sourceskyboxer I mean that DisplayDevice.ChangeResolution actually changes the resolution of that display device -- is that what you wanted to do? Or just change the size of your display window?

Doesn't work
fullscreen looks like same my monitor native resolution is 1900 x 1080
I want try passing paramenter of my game indow with ParseWithArgument(args)
Than -w 1200 -h 800 than it will sketch fullscreen
