@wilzh40, thanks, that's cool. just getting two syntax error in this line and the next one.
needs a colon a parenthesis :)
Now, we just need to grab all needed IDs from the spreadsheet (or anywhere) and represent "needed" info from the WormBase

Also, It would be nice if @joebowen could work on the front-end of this. e.g. starting a Django project, as he interested in, to better represent info fetched from the WormBase, via Wilson's scripts.

@VahidGh
oops... let me finish my statement that was supposed to go with that...
@VahidGh, I should be able to get moving on that, what exactly are we trying to get out of the front end? what kinds of data are we looking at displaying?

@VahidGh Yes, git clone --recursive git://github.com/VahidGH/ChannelWorm.git should be enough, though I use the --recurse-submodules option instead of --recursive (not sure if there is a difference between the two)

The PyOW submodule is saved as a commit reference, so when you clone CW recursively, you're grabbing something off of the PyOpenWorm/channelworm branch
I also see that you've raised an issue about the bloated size of PyOW openworm/PyOpenWorm#99. When Mark gets to that we'll also get that update in our PyOW submodule.
