@wilzh40, As for the documentation, this is what is written so far. Also you can have a look at issues, especially under Data Collection and Management and also Data modeling and also the most important, this one.
What is now the "essential" thing, is to collect data such as biology, kinetics, etc about ion channels in C. elegans from literature. This could be done intelligently, via some script like what you did for the WormBase, and other text mining approaches for literature.
