@gsarma you’re looking for docs on specific code methods, right? Some sub-projects have them and others don’t. What specifically are you looking for?

@travs, looks good.
It would be nice if we had the modeling pipeline diagram in the introduction, something was not prepared at the time I was writing the doc.
Do you know why the intro page is not included in the sidebar menu?

Also for the digitization process Milad and me decided to include a customized version of the Webplotdigitizer within the CW, and with some back-end code, the final csv file(s) will be stored and then processed via the fitter.
We've started this process based on the Django pattern design, that could be implemented as a web app with less efforts.

The Webplotdigitizer is based on the GNU license, so I don't think there will be any problem, but I'm not sure if we should contact the author and ask for a permission!

@VahidGh Thanks for the feedback.
Do you mean this diagram? I can add that to the intro for sure

As for the introduction, we're using MkDocs for this new documentation, and it looks like readthedocs is using an old version of MkDocs that is not including index.md in the sidebar, except as the "ChannelWorm" button above the search bar.
We can include the page twice, to have it in the sidebar as well, or wait for readthedocs to update their MkDocs version. What do you think?

I like that idea for storing the csv files directly. Where are you and Milad working on this code? Will it be stored in this repo?
