Hi everyone,
@slarson, Are you still around? :D
I had a little change in my schedules, decided to continue working on some improvements to the channel model predictor, as it was getting more interesting, by finding some new studies.
Will switch to the modeling from patch-clamp milestone, soon.

Sounds like fun; any fun results on the channel model predictor?

Yeah, could do some good predictions using sequence-based pattern recognition.

Working on some improvements, by adding some data for parameters with less data (such as tau).
Had a talk with @rgerkin to see if we can use models available through Neuroml-db, by finding related sequences for each model.
Also found this new study, and working to see if I can use this method as a new feature.

Excellent :)
Sounds like great progress
For my part, I've been working to merge some branches over in PyOpenWorm that have been the work of several folks over the summer

It seems like there we are getting some error in the OpenShift!
apps.populate(settings.INSTALLED_APPS) File "/var/lib/openshift/55454af95973ca347e00011b/python/virtenv/lib/python2.7/site-packages/Django-1.8-py2.7.egg/django/apps/registry.py", line 78, in populate raise RuntimeError("populate() isn't reentrant") RuntimeError: populate() isn't reentrant
I was a bit busy and couldn't look at the error deeply, but seems the error is related to the django setup process.
If anyone has any idea how to fix it, let me know.

Yeah, had a look at this before, and thought commenting out this new setup call would help, then restarted the apache, but wasn't helpful!
