    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] I am going to put it on a t2.medium "on-demand" instance, $0.047 USD per hour ($35 USD per month). It's half the RAM at 4 gigs instead of 8 gigs for m4.large.

    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] Hi @aexbrown here is the list of features to to obtain your top 10 from: https://github.com/openworm/open-worm-analysis-toolbox/blob/master/documentation/Yemini%20Supplemental%20Data/ReadMe.md
    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] André, Chee Wai, Rex, Avelino, and I just had our monthly standing meeting. Notes are here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1hfvrYRapmuBRyowVT9ILAjq2NNu3csuR0hiyzdx6b8w/edit?usp=sharing

    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] Our next standing meeting is on 19 May 2017 at the same time (16:00 UTC).

    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] (Had to change the date of the meeting due to a conflict, please note it is now on 25 May)

    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] @aexbrown please let me know how you would like the Zenodo upload to look. I uploaded the 5 file payload to the sandbox: https://sandbox.zenodo.org/record/71862#.WP3k8dKLSM8
    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] Basically I'm wondering what your thoughts are about naming, and what would be in the description. Should we have the whole metadata there? Right now it's just the keys in the database, which are not very informative.
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Andre Brown, OpenWorm Foundation] Cool, nice to see what a zenodo page looks like. It would make sense to have most of the metadata there. At least the strain, gene and allele (where available), time stamp, sex, and condition (i.e. on food or not) would all be useful to have as a quick summary for anyone looking at the data directly on the page.

    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] @aexbrown @mcurrie Pretty bad thunderstorm here, I might cut out and lose internet connection or power. If I don't get on the Hangout, that's probably what happened.
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] I will be 5 mins late sorry
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] @aexbrown @mcurrie I got a preliminary documentation for the tool written up in the dev branch of the repo. README.md is the master document for this. Please let me know what you think. Thanks! https://github.com/openworm/movement_cloud/tree/dev

    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] @cheewai1972 I noticed there was no mysql user for you, so I made one:

    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] (now I've added clee_mysql)

    @MichaelCurrie
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] The server is now up and running, and appears to be behaving correctly as far as non-features search is concerned. Please do not attempt to search using the features list ... the database will attempt to return all 14k entries ... while it will not crash, this will take a LONG time.
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] Hey @Channel check out this crossfilter demonstration; it takes a minute to load. http://movement.openworm.org:8000/ Tell me what you think.

    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] Looks good. Took me seconds to load, so we'd have to take a look at any potential performance issues if others are getting minute-length load times.
    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] Singapore has good internet... and you are colocated with the AWS Singapore region so maybe it's faster than me up north here... :)
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] Makes sense if most of the time is the result of the data dump to the client! I was thinking of it from the perspective of database query time - that can get quite long sometimes.
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] @mcurrie @aexbrown I've got the Django tool set up to take into account the latest changes to the database as discussed in the last meeting. This is now running on the public server again. I will now work on the most important changes for core-features, data and video links, and searching on feature ranges. I will also try to simultaneously work on an experimental version where selecting core features will produce output that can be fed into something like the crossfilter demo @mcurrie has linked above. The current interface has some performance issue which causes it to take a long time to initially load ... I'm also looking into this now. http://movement.openworm.org/webworm/
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Andre Brown, OpenWorm Foundation] Michael, great work on the crossfilter. It did take a couple of minutes for it to load for me though.
    [Andre Brown, OpenWorm Foundation] @cheewai1972 It did take a while for it to load just now. I noticed that the row selection wasn't working for me though. (Chrome version 57.0.2987.133)
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] @aexbrown Hmmm I'll need to test this across browsers. It's bad when row selection does not work! Will get on it tomorrow!!
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] @aexbrown I'm unable to reproduce the problem on my Chrome Version 58.0.3029.110 (64-bit) on Mac OS X, it works fine. I'll run this by you again at tomorrow's hangout to see if this is something due to any fragility in the code, or some kind of use-case issue, and we'll pin down the problem together. Thanks!
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] I am taking down the movement.openworm.org server to merge crossfilter_example into dev and WCON-viewer into dev as well.
    Michael Currie
    @MichaelCurrie
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] And I've got bug fixes in. As well as the new feature for Discrete tables to select only searched-for records.
    [Chee Wai Lee, OpenWorm Foundation] @mcurrie Actually I'm going to wait for you to merge the stuff into dev before I do this.
    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] OK, I am merging the PR now, then you can commit your bug fixes to dev, is this correct?
    [Michael Currie, OpenWorm Foundation] @cheewai1972 I made you a reviewer of the PR actually.
