When OxyPlot determines where something goes on the graph, it uses it own device independent pixel system which will draw within the size of the view. On Android, that 96 variable is how it converts between that system and the DPI of Android. It converts to the standard android DPI size and then scales based on your device. If you were trying to determine the location of a line or position, it will give you the correct location based on the device DPI. So there should be nothing extra you need to do for it draw correctly.
