federico
@federico44_twitter
BUT i see my TIX transaction AND balance on etherscan, researching my wallet
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
that`s good so far as you can see that the transaction has been fulfilled
federico
@federico44_twitter
yea i am not worried but i like parity
so i dont like to move to MEW because of that
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
then i would wait a little more although understanding the idea uf using that tokens
what is MEW
federico
@federico44_twitter
myetherwallet
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
thats an internet site
which is not under your control
no matter what scam said this week
federico
@federico44_twitter
no, but it allows you to manage your etherwallet including any token
yea there have been MEW-scams cause its a very popular wallet
the most popular afaik for ETH
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
could be, but would always favourize a local client
federico
@federico44_twitter
agree
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
when were the emissions of the coins?
less than 14 days
?
federico
@federico44_twitter
yes
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
i guess waiting until any process has run through the needed instances the devs will have found a solution to that
but it is a long term question if the distributed token are about to be shown in a wallet
as your mentioned token is a id-token i can understand that you want to use it
but i also see the "main" network with the "normal" usage
could it be, just by thinking that you have to watch the contract to "see" the token or to get it
but thats contracts and solidity and by good reasons i own ether but no tokens
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
i guess any ico issuer should spend just one token to the parity dev crew just to have it visible
would be a smart solution, to have even the core dev crews integrated and as the smallest sharesholder
federico
@federico44_twitter
they pay etherscan a small amount for registration
how parity works i dont know, would be nice to hear fromn a dev how the inner workings concerning token are, because parity is very token friendly
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
seemed to me as well as my interest is not so user.specific as yours
more theoretical
for decentralized political use it is also really interesting, even for certain votes
federico
@federico44_twitter
yes i think parity has great potential to be a widely used interface to interact with token and corresponding platforms
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
we are just a few steps away of connecting parity via smartfon
in your eyes, as it works excellent news i guess
federico
@federico44_twitter
yea thats cool
are you a dev?
roninkaizen
@roninkaizen
no

@Logannj
Hello all. Is there anyone here that can help me collect tokens of an ICO I just participated in? I have latest parity and token info but no idea how to collect tokens. Do I watch the token only but can't really collect it? Please let know of any info you need. thanks in advance.

Hi anyone knows why do i get this error message? thanks!
Woodman
@btcmacroecon
client side wallet web3 myetherwallet which rocks, can import into parity. Never click on myetherwallet links go to their official site, criminals targeting that site as we speak
@roninkaizen ^
@logannj go to ethplorer.io and put in your address.
The ICO you participated in needs to answer your question
not enough info provided.
I can say with certaintly that if it is not registered at Parity, it will not show up. so go to registry in applications and see if the token symbol shows up in your query
danielwalton
@danielwalton
anyone wanna talk Token Registry?

@sonyjoseph I got 'arithmetic operation underflow' when syncing to foundation mainnet with ./parity ui --warp --pruning fast. But I can successfully sync with kovan.: ./parity ui --warp --pruning fast --chain kovan. I used master from 11 Jul, commit 02f2c61
