@ivanpopelyshev I also noticed I think there is still an issue with the .atlas trimmer. It works when the texturepacker has rotation turned off, but with it on it still seems to mess up. Should be related to: pixijs/pixi-spine#60
I'll post an example probably on wednesday.

also this thing helps with rotations if you are loading spine atlas just for general purposes: pixijs/pixi.js#2237 , but i still have problems with trimming

Looking for an example of parenting a sprite (localized text in my case) to a specific spine bone. Anyone know how this might be done?

spineInstance.slotContainers[spineInstance.skeleton.findSlotIndex("boneName")].addChild(text);
you can also add it to slotContainers[i].currentSprite
though that wont work with my gpupatch but i'll fix it before I merge it to main branch
