ok the fix was to disable the gl rendering and render the whole thing on canvas idk why but some machines have so weak gpus the rendering on the cpu is smoother

Anyone here using react-pixi? I have a problem where react-pixi and react-dom are ~550kb each + pixi.js itself 924kb
along with a few other libraries this makes the minified js file that webpack produces 1.5MB
Is this just a fact of life when using react-pixi, or might I be doing something wrong?

you can try build pixi without some stuff
but what i recommend is not embedding libs into one file
just don't, use them as global.

Hm, why is that? Wouldn't I end up with at least as big a size in aggregate? You're talking about no imports? Just global files included in the HTML?
