Has anyone else seen partly translated ui elements in a multilingual Plone 5.2/Py3 site? This should all be german...
Is there a change on how to add Views to the “Display” plone_displayviews? It seems I can not add it… but was able to do it a while back.

how does one register for a training at ploneconf?
the link goes to eventbrite, but ticket is bought already
There was a survey way back … Let me see if I find the link.
[Steve Piercy (stevepiercy), irc.freenode.net] you could also try contacting the organizers for possible apartment shares, but these days AirBnB.com is as good as any
[Armin Stroß-Radschinski (acsr), irc.freenode.net] I did.
[Armin Stroß-Radschinski (acsr), irc.freenode.net]@stevepiecy thx for responding here (or there?) the target was joining something already booked with spare space. So it could be useful for both sides except I am snoring (but also providing earpods for free)

@acsr it will be great to see you there! I will be sharing trainer housing, otherwise I’d be happy to share with you. I don’t think there is an open email list of Ferrara attendees but I will suggest it
thx all for the offers, found an abnb and will save you from snoring ...

@acsr is it in the sub sub basement of a reinforced bank vault? 😂
I finally use a cloud based appartment solution. All set now – beware, I can see everything from above...

[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] Hi! I am playing with Plone 5.2, and run into a problem with multilingual.
[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] I want to have the UI displayed in the same language as the content,
[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] but the PMI forces me to set a language, then uses that for all content.
[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] In Plone 4.3, this used to work.
[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] But I would like to upgrade.
[Armin Stroß-Radschinski (acsr), irc.freenode.net]@brokencycle Imagine you visit chinese content without the ability to read chinese or switch from l2r to r2l language (which swaps also the order of OK and cancel!) Then you are lost. Switching UI language should be done by the user. Eventbrite was so smart to offer me the page for the invoice in italian. I could not guess the message I had to "confirm". It was hard to get an english version at all. No UI fro that at that state.
[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] I also have the reverse problem: I would like to address Chinese users, who can't read English. But I would also like to address users who can speak English, but not Chinese.
[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] There are actually a surprising number of people in China who cannot speak English. Therefore, I need the UI to be in Chinese once I click on the language selector for "Chinese". Also, the initial language should be selected by browser configuration.
[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] I have this problem for other languages as well, not only English and Chinese.
[no such user (brokencycle), irc.freenode.net] is reading further docs.
[trackball (trackball), irc.freenode.net] how do i get background color for table rows working in plone 5?
HI @tkimnguyen I was watching the launch of plone 5.1.6, I have a site created in version 5.1.5 and updating to 5.1.6 (using ´http: //dist.plone.org/release/5.1-latest/versions.cfg´ ), I had some problems, I don't know if there is any follow-up on errors presented in the new version?
