    @tkimnguyen not much, just need to add a new block in VagrantFile
    and run the playbook twice
    also the docs needed some lovin'
    @rtvfinn use whatever works. I personally prefer nginx, and came from Apache. I think nginx is easier to configure and manage.
    however if you are upgrading, i would suggest having a look at ansible-playbook https://docs.plone.org/external/ansible-playbook/docs/index.html
    to automate management, because who enjoys managing a server?

    Pardon if not appropriate post:
    Getting back into plone work after a long time.
    Had worked on 5.0.8 last time. Got 5.2.1 setup on my lubuntu machine a few days ago.
    A lot of new stuff to learn.
    Excited

    @pstu9274
    There were problems during installation.
    I had existing plone 5.0.8 and 5.1.2 installations. Instance from 5.1.2 worked without problems. The 5.2.1 installation process was not finishing due to missing or incompatible dependencies. On top of that python 3.7 is default on this machine. I was not able to install python 2.7.14 that was required. A few other hiccups made be return to 5.1.2 which kept me going. Later, I got the 5.2.1 working with some manual interventions.
    Now working on 5.2.1
    My login on the forum on plone.org is still under review.
    Have a few questions.

    @rtvfinn ATS can work but normally we use Apache and nginx, and more recently it’s been primarily nginx
    @pstu9274 I’m not seeing a user with that login awaiting approval. Is this for the forum at community.plone.org?

    Holá, I want to import a lib (say "foo"), but unfortunately my module from where I'm trying to import is also named "foo". The import finds only my local module. Is there an elegant way to import the lib without renaming my file?
    T. Kim Nguyen
    @tkimnguyen
    @pstu9274 maybe I’m misunderstanding, but if you use the “with GitHub” method, you’re supposed to authenticate/log into GitHub.com which then authorizes you to log into the forum. To use “with GitHub” you have to click on that black button
    image.png
    @pstu9274 once you click on that black button you’re taken to a screen like this
    @pstu9274 …where you should click the green “Authorize plone” button
    Armin Stross-Radschinski
    @acsr
    @pgrunewald Try import foo as otherfoo or the other way round, usually this is used to shorten calls, but it may need explicit path to module which I cannot look up from kitchen now.

    @pstu9274
    @tkimnguyen It works !!!

    anyone with souper experience here? Although we change a record value and see the changes, we see that the value is not persisted across Zeo client restarts. Any idea?
