browser/configure.zcml I guess it is the best to add the configuration in browser/configure.zcml, right?

@balavec you should ask in the forum https://community.plone.org ... also this channel is exceptionally not monitored except during sprints
@tkimnguyen thx … I was already thinking about that.
@polyester@pbauer we said in sorrento, that we will do a doc sprint soon and probably before the conference. Any plans for that or should we set it arount the ploneconf?
@balavec hi, how is it going in heavy times? I recognized the https://docs.plone.org Algolia search fix seems to be reverted to the state before the work we did together in Ferrara. I cannot find the pull request or a merge of what you provided. A related branch neither. As far as I know @polyester or @svx may have deployed it during the conf. Do you have a local copy of your work or a link? I want to file in a ticket but need some startpoint to point the people at. Cu...
@acsr I also noticed that and was wondering if I am not on the right site. I will check which PRs we created to fix that and how it got reverted.
we will have lots of online sprints in the future and we are looking for a tool that supports us in that
chrome is fine
@jensens I'm currently updating plone.app.z3cform templates to BS4 and as a fun part I'm running my buildout.coredev on z3c.form 4.x ... shall I create a branch on coredev (z3c.form-4) and run the tests? so I could also work on updating to latest z3c.form ...
@sneridagh can you post the ideas somewhere more permanent. I gues you had that in the jitsi chat, but thats not persistent.
@pbauer is there a spicific way of getting a registry entry as string not bytes? you mentioned something like the accessor should handle this. Right now the access is imnplmented like this in the controlpanel: self.theme_settings = registry.forInterface(IThemeSettings, False) and later used in the view template like this: view/theme_settings/hostnameBlacklist

@MrTango why you just don’t use p.restapi?
true that we “still” have not sorted out the ability to access specific registry public settings (by default all is private)

I will create a buildout.coredev branch "zope-5" and start local testing first/
it might be useful to use more of the rest api also in the classic backend, but for now all registry settings are taken directly. I just want to fix the theming control panel which is broken right now in Py3
