Could not install Hex because Mix could not download metadata at https://repo.hex.pm/installs/hex-1.x.csv.
Alternatively, you can compile and install Hex directly with this command:
mix archive.install github hexpm/hex branch latest

Hello ! I have a question, I followed the steps in Manual Installation from the doc (https://docs.blockscout.com/for-developers/manual-deployment), but when I arrived at the step 4 mix do deps.get, local.rebar --force, deps.compile
I get the following error :
** (CompileError) config/config.exs:66: undefined function config_env/0
(stdlib 3.14) lists.erl:1358: :lists.mapfoldl/3
(elixir 1.10.3) expanding macro: Kernel.to_string/1
config/config.exs:66: (file)
(elixir 1.10.3) expanding macro: Config.import_config/1
config/config.exs:66: (file)
I have installed all requirements listed in the doc and here is the Elixir version I use :
$ mix -v
Erlang/OTP 23 [erts-11.1.8] [source] [64-bit] [smp:8:8] [ds:8:8:10] [async-threads:1]
Mix 1.10.3 (compiled with Erlang/OTP 22)
Does anyone have an idea about what I did wrong ?
Thank you
Hi @everyone, I am in need some help from you. My metamask account was whitelisted for the pulseX token airdrop.
https://pulsechain.com/
But my private key has been compromised. many devs and mates recommend the solution to divert the airdrop, but the problem
is the pulseChain's mainnet is not live yet. Just testnet is alive.
I maybe create a simple bot which will transfer funds to the destination account right after it receives airdrop. But it cannot be done without knowing the network details, expecially the RPC url.
Please, if anyone has some experience in this field, don't hesitate to share your idea with me.
