    Hi @adamskrodzki welcome to our community!
    First, thanks for the feedback!
    1. We are working on the xDAI integration so the users will see the correct value (1 xDAI = $1).
    2. In regards to web3, we support both :)
    3. In the tutorial, we defined PortisProvider in the import section: https://github.com/portis-project/portis-sdk#import, but we will make it more clear

    @radotzki thank You

    I have another question

    What if I want to use IPFS as hosting?

    I need to set a domain in order to be trusted, but in case of IPFS site can be fetched using any gateway

    Any idea how to support that?
    for example here is some site that uses portis and ipfs
    Itay Radotzki
    @radotzki
    @adamskrodzki really good question! The answer is Cloudflare + IPFS: https://blog.cloudflare.com/distributed-web-gateway/
    Here is a good tutorial on how to set up a custom domain on Cloudflare and host a website on IPFS:

    @radotzki thanks for help

    I think I had to mess something with dns records (something i should definetly understand better)
    because still do not work

    should point out to

    @radotzki not important anymore after severral voodoo changes (not exacly sure what have helped) it works :D
    https://ipfs.poadapps.com/

    is now alias for
    /ipfs/QmfQRtaW5hrCYjhSSj3QxumB95LE5QBJw9zK8UgRckzB9w

    And Portis works on it :) (no practical use for it on that website yet, but work is in progress :) )

    How to change the network of portis wallet at https://app.portis.io/wallet? i want to see my ropsten account on portis wallet
    Tom
    @tom-portis

    Hey @SachinT30553861_twitter , as we want to make everything as simple as possible for mainstream users, we don't let them deal with advanced configurations, like changing the network they are communicating with. We do let DApps do that for them, when they want to switch between public and private networks for instance (https://github.com/portis-project/portis-sdk#changenetworkoptions).

    We'd appreciate it a lot if you could please let us know why exactly do you need to be able to do that on app.portis.io? Is it for you as a developer? Is it something you need for your users? Or is there another reason?

    We're always excited to get feedback from devs and promise to do our best to find a solution which will address your needs! 🙂

    i am developing a dapp which is using portis.. so i want to test whether i am able to send my custom ERC20 tokens from portis wallet or not on ropsten network.
    One way i could do it is using portis sdk in my dapp... but i just needed to be sure whether i can send ERC20 tokens also from portis wallet or not?
    i have deployed my token contract on ropsten network but in portis wallet-> Add Tokens i am not able to search it by using token symbol because wallet is pointing to main network
    Itay Radotzki
    @radotzki
    @SachinT30553861_twitter please send me these parameters and I'll add your token to our system:
    • title
    • symbol
    • description
    • website
    • contract address
    • decimals
    • logoUrl
    • network

    Hi guys! I'm testing my dApp on Firefox and the recent open-portis-in-a-popup is not working properly. I keep getting an error e.authenticationPopup is null.
    The process is this: user clicks on login with portis, it opens in a new tab (not a new window), and then nothing happens when I try to login
    I don't get this issue with Chrome
    (also, happy new year! Just noticed this is the first post this year! haha)
    Itay Radotzki
    @radotzki
    Hi @abustamam thank you for letting us know! I'm investigation this issue and will let you know when I have a fix :)
    Itay Radotzki
    @radotzki
    @abustamam did you try it with Mac or Windows?
    Rasheed Bustamam
    @abustamam
    @radotzki sorry for the late response; It's in Windows. Were you able to reproduce?
    Itay Radotzki
    @radotzki
    @abustamam didn't manage to reproduce on Mac, I'll try on Windows
    Rasheed Bustamam
    @abustamam
    Ack, I don't know why I said windows, I have not touched a windows machine in years. I meant Mac. Sorry about that. I've been having a bunch of funny stuff happening in my browsers, might be related to my recent computer crash. It may be isolated to my machine. I'll try it on a different machine. Thanks for looking into it.
    Itay Radotzki
    @radotzki
    Thanks @abustamam! We didn’t manage to reproduce it both on Mac and on Windows. What is your Firefox version?
    Meytal Ben-Tzvi
    @Meytal-portis
    Hi @abustamam ! Could you please try to reproduce it in our sample DApp: https://cryptopuppers.portis.io ?
    It will help us understand if the problem is with your DApp's code or with your environment (browser, etc.). Thank you!

    Hi! I would like to know how Portis lists all NFT's in a wallet, for my own project (what will use Portis ofc :D)
    Does it utilize a list of as much as possible NFT's, or the Etherscan API?
    Itay Radotzki
    @radotzki
    Hi @Alexlander! We use OpenSea API in order to fetch all NFTs for a wallet. What project are you working on?

    Hi, I just came across portis and I really like the concept. We're looking for a key management solution that doesn't require the user to have Metamask etc. installed. I was wondering however if the following would be possible:

    • Instead of signing up for a portis account, the portis account is generated in the backend of my service. We already prompt the user to sign up on our website (it's a legacy system)
    • The backup mnemonic phrase is whitelabeled to match my service's visual identity
    • all dialogues portis shows the user are whitelabeled.

    Any chance this is already possible, or will be in the future? I can of course do the heavy lifting by e.g. changing parts of the frontend library to match our visual identity.

    FYI the link that says "open source" on your FAQ --> https://developers.portis.io/faq is pointing to a deprecated repo. No big deal, just letting you guys know in case you want to change/fix it...

    hi, i've integrated portis with my dapp and am now interested in the Gas Relay feature
    is Gas Relay an actual working thing? or is it still in development?
    Itay Radotzki
    @radotzki
    @kennethhoytwoodruff it’s working, currently supported on Ropsten and xDai networks. You can read more about it here https://docs.portis.io/#/gas-relay

    @kennethhoytwoodruff
    ok. i am trying out another solution in which i auto-fund the users wallet right after they register/login to my dapp with portis for the first time
    i am trying to ease the crypto-illiterate onboarding experience
    do you have any suggestions for auto funding new users's wallets?
    Tom Teman

    @kennethhoytwoodruff when we want to do stuff like that in conferences (like we did in ETH Denver with our "socks for charity" giveaway: https://twitter.com/portis_io/status/1098033441109467136), we use https://volca.tech. I sent you a DM, let's continue this conversation there :)
