IMO, using FRP in Flux is overkill. Flux is a very simple idea: you have stores and events (dispatcher), and stores just reduce events to their state. You can think of a store as of a function (curState, event) -> newState. If you use FRP lib to implement that simple idea you will use about 5% of its functionality. And what is the worst you'll make system more complex, with no benefit as Flux already works pretty well.
I think, if FRP to be used with React you have to came up with something different from Flux, in this case FRP might be more useful.
Also FRP and React are trying to solve mostly same types of problems, so if you use one you probably don't need another.
Just my thoughts :)
