Hi! Apologies for popping here again, I'm not the best at coding.
I'm running into some issues when trying to build weight objects from an xArray dataArray with some missing values (np.nan), as it appears to not ignore points with missing values. When running "w.islands", an empty array is returned. Is there please anyone available for a quick call sometime this week to see if I've made an obvious mistake? Thanks.
(I can provide my code if needed)

Hi Dan, the missing pixels are ignored, rather than added as “disconnected” points.

I've enabled codecov for all repositories
I think the issue with these things is that they're restrictive by default
which, I suppose is reasonable infosec practice, but it's not like..... conducive to distributed teams

i saw the error go up last on the nightlies yesterday. I think its a quick fix over in rvlib
i think you could get around it by pinning whatever the prior release of pyyaml is
but i can get a new rvlib released quickly that will fix

Cool! If you’re planning on releasing soon, I might hold on until that. The container has so many libraries that I’m learning the hard way pinning a given variable feels great at night but you usually regret it in the morning :smile:
