Woah, yeah seems like the feature has been there for awhile, but never realized it was there.
Super easy to simply turn on and off. And the issues remain intact when turned back on.

do we have anything to measure similarity of a distribution of categorical variables between two dataframes? Say I have 10 categories and want to know similarity of those categories predicted on census block vs h3 grid.

@/all It seems that we are having a bit of a problem with wildly inappropriate spam in momepy and spaghetti. The messages were deleted by the time I was able to get to them. I was wondering if any of the other maintainers maybe deleted those messages first or possibly if GitHub was able to flag them as spam and delete them. Also, has anyone else seen this kind of spam in any other repos?

I have reported that one in momepy and got reply from Github that it has been resolved on their side.
Probably by banning the user.

Hello, I'm trying to use G_Local on a shapefile loaded by geopandas. I see G_Local.by_col(), but I'm not sure how to call the function. I tried G_Local(gdf,w,transform='B',star=True).by_col(gdf) but that doesn't work and feels wrong anyways. Is there any additional documentation available, or can someone provide a short snippet?

Dear gitters, I'm new in this type of channels. I'm working with the pysal library and I was wondering if you can help me with it. I have sensory data distributed in a grid like matrix, so each location is ordered in the array. I'm trying to do a spatial lag model, with the columns of the dataframe as the dependent and independent variables (being this the cells of the sensor in an array format), but I don't know what I'm doing wrong, if it's when I obtained the weigths, which I don't exactly know the format that they should have, or it's other problem. I obtained some weights by employing different techniques, like creating a location array
Any suggestions or help would be great! I don't know the distance of the cells of the sensor so I would like to do weights based on Queen, or KNN nearest neighbors!
