    @harishanchu
    We don't have any builtin frontend framework integration. But you can use frontend framework of your choice and it will work without any issues.

    hi
    how to access public folder in controller ?
    Harish
    @harishanchu
    Hi @usameavci
    If you meant to access public directory path in controller you can get it from the app global object like 'App.path.public'
    Harish
    @harishanchu
    Public directory path is configured in bootstrap file:

    hai @harish would you tell me what is the different of your's quorrajs with adonisjs? As far as I know, both are js laravel like framework.
    Harish
    @harishanchu
    @ceghap I haven't tried Adonis so far, so I don't know how it is different from Quorra. Anyway we have started Quorra project before Adonis.

    Hi guys, I'm trying to throw a custom 500 error without the request ref, but with new Error("message") etc. it always renders the default 500 without my message
    Harish
    @harishanchu
    You must be doing something wrong there. If you are throwing a JavaScript error with message, you will detlfenitly see that in ouch error page.
    Theralos
    @danilopolani

    Ok, found out the error. I was throwing error from a method called by the primary method without a try/catch.

    Wrong
    mainMethod() -> otherMethod() -> throw

    Correct
    mainMethod() -> try/catch otherMethod()

    Harish
    @harishanchu
    Sorry, I didn't get you. If you throw an error in the Quorra app anywhere during the request life cycle it will be caught and displayed as an ouch error. This is done with the help of NodeJS domain. Here is the reference: https://github.com/quorrajs/Positron/blob/1.0/lib/foundation/Application.js#L128

    Hi all! Thought I would stop by as I was reading the contribution guide (https://quorrajs.org/docs/1.0.0/preface/contribution-guide.html) and it said to stop in here before making any pull requests.
    I was looking at making a PR against Ouch, but I noticed that the tests do not seem to pass on node >=6. Because of this, I plan to first make a PR that updates the engines property in package.json, as well as add some additional node versions to the travis.yml to test node version support in CI moving forward.
    Harish
    @harishanchu
    Hi @viglucci , thanks for your interest in ouch module please proceed with the changes.
    Harish
    @harishanchu
    FYI ouch module is based on nodejs's deprecated domain api and we may rewrite it partially or entirely when a replacement for domain api is available.
    Kevin Viglucci
    @viglucci
    @harishanchu i've submitted my PR here (quorrajs/Ouch#12)
    If this PR is accepted, I will likely make an additional PR to add support for quorrajs/Ouch#10, but I wanted to get those tests working on the later versions of node first so that I know I don't break anything :)
    Kevin Viglucci
    @viglucci
    @harishanchu Do you have an estimate on when you may be able to review my pull request? I haven't worked with you all before so I want to manage my expectations :). Thanks!
    Harish
    @harishanchu
    @viglucci I have merged it. Thank you :)

    Hey @harishanchu, I left a comment on quorrajs/Ouch#13 about needing to publish a new npm version now that the PR was merged. When can I anticipate that to occur? Thanks!
    Harish
    @harishanchu
    I will publish it by this weekend @viglucci . Thank you.

    I am not able to connect with MYSQL but I can connect with Mong0.
    What I have to do for mysql connection? I have install sails-mysql but still it is getting error.

    @harishanchu
    Hi @malvikiran
    Currently I'm not maintaining quorrajs due to my tight schedules. At this point it will have issues with node versions > 6. I may again work on quorrajs in future but right now I can't guarantee anything.

    @malvikiran
    I solved this issue.
