    Or do you want me to not use overleaf at all?
    I was thinking of creating a template that is compiled that uses input to add the current latex file? That should work? Right?

    now it works, I also like and use overleaf, we can use that if you prefer

    Cool. I just compile the RJwrapper and it works. When you have had your call we can discuss the paper bullet points.

    So I have fixed it now. So it compiles when you work with the latex file. So I made some smaller changes in the disposition.

    Sure. You could also add comments in overleaf or in Latex to give your thoughts on the bullets. If something is missing.

    I still don't manage to compile RJwrapper.tex but if you can do it then all should be fine, I can always modify this through Github. We just need to try and keep in sync.
    I would have more time to look into this again after the coming week (some funding DLs). I hope it's ok? I can check the overall shape of the package, and my part of the manuscript. I have asked @muuankarski what is his take on the work.

    Overall I think the plan is good. I added some smaller points there. Now I think it is primarily writing this up, and I may come up with small additional ideas on the way.

    This looks great! I Added some names on the part. I suggest you write the introduction and the discussion (mostly done) and I will sketch a draft on the middle part . and fix some issues for the package. Does this sounds good?

    sounds perfect. as I mentioned, this week I really can't work on it but then I should. Perhaps we can have a follow-up chat or skype in 2-3 weeks.
