Any low level connection error is always wrapped by ActiveRecord.
Some explicitly via the API of wrapped exceptions.
The idea is that you deal wht AR, not the connection mode.

Good example of our translated exceptions.
All others should be StatementInvalid
Remember, using exceptions for control flow is expensive.
It is best to just do what is needed to avoid it. How is YMMV.

MMm... I have store procedures with personalized errors, so I'm not sure If I will able to display those messages... :worried:
