Can someone merge ramda/ramda#1539 ?

OK, so I am going to get three objects (JSON) from different API calls. I want to first "filter" each and get rid of some properties, then join them together in one. What would be the best Ramda funcs to use?

hi all, i am using ramda in an es6 setup (babel) which is being bundled via webpack. are there some good strategies in using specific components/functions from ramda whilst keeping my bundle sizes as minimal as possible?

If you don't mind explicitly listing the Ramda functions you wish to include, you could use the build script. The script generates a file that's more or less what one would have written by hand. Listing all the functions one wishes to include is onerous, though.

haha thanks @davidchambers - I think the balance of forces here will have me leave it as is :)

@niloy, I don't want to hit "merge" as I'm not convinced the change is a good idea. Weren't we discussing the possibility of R.lt_ and friends quite recently?

@sotojuan are the properties you want to omit all the same for each object? if so, have a look at R.omit and R.mergeAll

If all I need is a Maybe monad, is there any reason not to use folktale's data.Maybe instead of Sanctuary? Perhaps Ramda doesn't play well with it?

I haven't used it myself, but I imagine it's sound. Give it a go. :)
Also, @svozza is pushing for stand-alone sanctuary-either and sanctuary-maybe packages, so you may be able to require('sanctuary-maybe') in the not too distant future.

Yes, that would be really nice. 😊
Btw, I should be able to look at that flip PR tomorrow.

@davidchambers sweet. the stand-alone bit was my main concern. I'll definitely look for that change.
