kind of, you can basically specify how to dig into a json as its parsed
% curl -Ls http://bit.do/countries-json | ramda --json-path '*.name' identity | head -n 3
"Afghanistan"
"Åland Islands"
"Albania"
vs.
% curl -Ls http://bit.do/countries-json | ramda --unslurp 'map(prop("name"))' | head -n 3
"Afghanistan"
"Åland Islands"
"Albania"
this was nice when parsing a >100MB json file exported from Flowdock
