Sure! so all functions in ramda are curried, meaning you can provide the arguments a little bit at a time or all at once, and they will return a partially applied function that's waiting for the rest of the arguments
So you have shown the signature of a function that takes as arguments: a unary function, a number, and an array, and gives back an array
if you just provide the first argument (the unary function) then you get back a new function that takes a number and an array and returns an array

yeah it's a curried type signature.
